You’ll receive a Google Meet link and a short questionnaire to complete before we talk. (Not only does this give me an idea of where you are on your journey but it’s a helpful reflection tool for you, too.)
We meet online for a calm, judgement-free talk and you leave with a clear plan and renewed confidence. I’ll email your personalised plan to you within 48 hours.

What platform do you use?
Sessions take place on Google Meet. You’ll receive the link automatically after booking.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just your questionnaire which will be included in your booking confirmation email.
What if we need to reschedule?
That’s no problem. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session through the link in your confirmation email.
